These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Zen Intent and related websites, products, services, forms, communications, and features.
Zen Intent is operated by Zen Energy Consultants, LLC (“Zen Intent,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using Zen Intent, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Zen Intent or participate in our SMS messaging programs.
Zen Intent Services
Zen Intent provides business, marketing, digital, software, information, consulting, and related services.
Features, functionality, and available services may change over time.
Account Information
You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating or maintaining an account and for protecting the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
SMS Messaging Program
Zen Intent, operated by Zen Energy Consultants, LLC, offers recurring SMS messaging to users who expressly opt in.
Users may separately choose to receive:
Account and transactional messages, which may include:
* Account notifications
* Appointment confirmations and reminders
* Service updates
* Customer-support communications
* Account-related alerts and information
Marketing and promotional messages, which may include:
* Product and service updates
* Feature announcements
* Tips
* Special offers
* Promotions
* Other marketing communications
Users consent to SMS communications by actively selecting the applicable consent checkbox presented with the form where their mobile telephone number is collected.
SMS consent boxes are optional and are not pre-checked. Users may choose either category, both categories, or neither.
SMS consent is not required to create an account, make a purchase, or use Zen Intent. Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency may vary depending on your account activity, interactions with Zen Intent, appointments, service activity, and the types of messages you elect to receive.
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data charges may apply.
Opting Out of SMS Messages
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP.
After you send STOP, we may send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from that SMS program.
If you wish to join again, you may opt in again through the applicable Zen Intent form.

Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside our control.
Privacy
Your use of Zen Intent and participation in our SMS program are also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information and SMS consent information are collected, used, and protected.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Zen Intent to:
* Violate applicable laws or regulations.
* Infringe the rights of others.
* Interfere with the operation or security of our services.
* Distribute unlawful or harmful content.
* Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity.
Intellectual Property
Zen Intent and its associated software, branding, graphics, designs, content, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Zen Energy Consultants, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights in Zen Intent or our intellectual property.
Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or services when reasonably necessary.
We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or uninterrupted.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zen Intent is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zen Energy Consultants, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use Zen Intent.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
Continued use of Zen Intent after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
